Each piece is crafted with passion, inspired by nature, and brought to life by our masterful tailors with exquisite stitching and hand-applied stones and crystals. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary, and we aim to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
Our Return Guidelines
- Eligibility Window: You may exchange an item within 1 days of its delivery date.
- Condition of Item: For a exchange, all items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all tags still attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
- Original Packaging: Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging, if possible, to protect them during transit.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-Made or Personalized Orders: Items that have been specifically tailored or customized to your measurements or preferences.
- Sale or Promotional Items: Items purchased during a final sale or special promotional events may be non-returnable. Please check the specific terms of the promotion at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Provide Details: Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back your item(s). Please do not send items back without an RA number, as this may delay your refund or exchange.
- Shipping the Item: You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as JK Fashion cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [Insert Number, e.g., 7-10 business days]. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Exchanges: If you’re opting for an exchange, once your returned item is approved, we will ship out your new item. Any price difference will be either refunded or charged accordingly.
