Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can use the guest checkout to complete your order. However, having an account not only speeds up the order process, but you will also be able to see your order history; save your personal and payment details so you can shop quicker in future.
Can I exchange my order?
If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You can also choose to receive your refund as credit in the form of coupon code, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.
Please contact our Customer Service team to reserve the new desired size.
How do I return an item?
Can I return sale items?
Can I modify my order like size, color quantity once it is placed?
Depending on the status of your order, if you are still within an hour window, you can email us or call us to make any amendments to your purchase, and we’ll see what we can do. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any modifications to your order once it has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order before it is dispatched?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To do this, you will need to send an email or call us.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can return request a return within 7 days of delivery.
I have received a damaged item, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact the customer care team to arrange for the return of the item. Please note that depending on stock, a replacement may not be available. So, you have the option to exchange or refund your payment.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we have received your item, you will be refunded to your original payment method. If this is to a debit/credit card it will appear in your account within seven days, depending on your card issuer.
Can I put an item on hold?
If interested in an item, but can’t decide yet, you have the option to contact the customer care to see if the item can be reserved for 24 hours as holding the item for you longer may cause to miss out on a potential sale for us.
Is there a cost for duties and tax for International shipments?
No, we do not charge any duties or customs tax. You will pay all applicable shipping fee and local taxes up front, but it is your responsibility to pay any applicable charges on delivery. The shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the duty and taxes applicable.
How will I know if I successfully placed my order?
After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email, what do I do?

Am I able to track my order?
Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment. Alternatively, you can email us or call us and we will track the order on your behalf.
How do I search for a specific item?
You can find the search function in the top right of the desktop site, and in the menu section of the mobile site. The search function can be used to look for products using category, designer, product ID or description. Once you have selected your desired category or designer, you can filter the listings further using the options on the left of the page.
How can I see sizing information for my country?
