Our orders usually take up to 7 to 14 days to be made if they are made-to-order and are shipped immediately if they are available-to-sell.

Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Returns

Our custom orders can not be returned, however if you have any sizing or quality issues, please get in touch with our customer service team and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Refund Policy

     

    • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
    • The product is defective.
    • The product was damaged in shipping.
    • The product is tampered.

     

    ‘Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment” 

    We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened or the products are damaged or wrong product. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavour to send you another or refund the payment.

    We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

    Cancellation Policy

     Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

    At JK Fashion, we follow standardised sizing measurements for all our products. However if you have any concerns in regards to measurements, please do not hesitate to contact our team.

    Care Instructions

    Taking care of your JK Fashion piece will help maintain its luster and avoid making it look worn out too early, resulting in a long-lasting and cherished piece:
    1. All JK Fashion pieces should not be washed in the washing machine.
    2. All JK Fashion pieces made of delicate or luxury fabrics (Organza, pure silk, etc) or with metal details should be dry-cleaned.
    3. When hand washing your JK Fashion piece do not soak it for more than 10 minutes. 
    4. Use cold water and soap using a mild detergent suitable for JK Fashion pieces. 
    5. Gently rub the JK Fashion piece carefully against itself to clean the dirt.
    6. Avoid rubbing or scrubbing the areas with embroidery and other embellishment.
    7. After washing, always let your JK Fashion piece air dry and avoid using the machine dryer. 
    8. Avoid squeezing or twisting the JK Fashion piece very strongly as this might loosen the thread work or the embroidery and as a result hand work is damaged.
